Stallings Boulevard now has redesigned pathways that reduce mode conflicts and facilitate access into Stallings Blvd. Garage (SBG), including one new entrance lane for vehicular traffic. Stallings Boulevard has been reconfigured to turn double lanes into the garage, double left turns from Joe Routt Boulevard to Wellborn Road, and access to the area is now via Joe Routt Boulevard only.
Bollards are being added across Stallings Boulevard at West Lamar Street to protect the crosswalk by disallowing vehicle access. Pedestrian and wheeled device paths have been moved to the east side of Stallings Boulevard to eliminate the vehicular conflict at the garage entry and exit lanes.
