Login Options

What are my options for logging into My Account?

1. Students/Faculty/Staff: Login with your NetID and password (same as used for TAMU Email and Howdy).
   
   Net ID Help:
   
   • Account setup & automatic password change - https://gateway.tamu.edu/
   • Forgot password - Help Desk Central, or call 979.845.8300
     
     
2. Faculty/Staff: Login with your SSO (Single Sign On) username and password (same used for HRConnect & LeaveTraq).

   • Forgot password
     
     
3. COMPASS USA employees and Non-Affiliates: Login with your login ID and password** in the Vendors, Contractors, Visitors & Others box.
   
   **If you don't have one, create an account at Non-Affiliate Login Request. You will be emailed with your login details within one business day after completing your login request. You do not need to create an account to pay a citation.

Why am I getting an error when I try to login with my NetID?

1. Make sure you are logging in with your NetID and not an alias
2. Make sure you have completed your online security training   Student   Staff

I am out of the country and can't log into My Parking Account. What should I do?

If you are outside the United States, you should connect to the Texas A&M University VPN (Virtual Private Network) to log into My Parking Account or contact Customer Service at parking@tamu.edu or call 979.862.7275 (PARK).
