Transportation Student Ambassador
Work Days/Times
Monday - Friday (weekends if needed); Average of 6 hours per week
Major/Essential Duties of Job
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Transportation Services and student organization groups. • Reach out to student groups to establish and maintain relationships. • Conduct feedback sessions with student leaders to gather insights and improve services. • Represent Transportation Services at various events, including nights and weekends as needed. • Assist with marketing and communication efforts to promote Transportation Services initiatives. • Starting salary will be $11 an hour. $20 an hour will be paid on Football game events only when student picks up a special event with the Special Events unit. • May be eligible for priority registration as a student employee (Texas A&M students only)

• Opportunity to develop leadership and communication skills. • Gain valuable experience in marketing and public relations. • Work in conjunction with other campus positions with supervisor approval.
Qualifications
• Must have strong people skills and strong verbal and written skills. • Must be comfortable with public speaking and engaging with diverse groups of people. • Must have a valid driver's license. • Must be enrolled as a student for a minimum of 9 hours per semester (excluding summer session) at Texas A&M University. • Must work an average of 6 hours per week during the Fall and Spring Semesters
